Terms and Conditions of Trading

Every effort has been made to represent our beautiful jewellery accurately but due to the natural qualities of the materials used, some variations in colour or shape may occur. Unfortunately Hermione Harbutt cannot accept responsibility for any variations in the appearance of colour/hue of the jewellery due to the computer equipment or software used by our customers.

All items are made to a standard size. We are happy to create pieces to your own personal measurements at no extra charge to ensure a perfect fit. To measure your personal jewellery size, use a length of ribbon to adjust upon your neck or wrist to the preferred length. Using a tape measure, calculate the length of ribbon used in centimetres. Alternatively measure your favourite necklace or bracelet and forward these details, along with details of your order, to Hermione Harbutt. Please contact us if you require any help or advice.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server and/or Paypal. No credit card details are stored on our database. All deposits paid with respect to placing an order are non-refundable.

All pieces ordered from the website are handcrafted to order and prioritised by order of wedding/event date. If you require your accessories in less than 4 weeks, or at very short notice, please purchase your desired items and then contact Hermione directly to arrange swift delivery. Items are gift wrapped in beautiful Hermione Harbutt packaging and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured up to the value of 500 pounds. For international orders you may be required to pay customs charges once your parcel arrives at it's country of destination. Payment of import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All pieces ordered from the website are handcrafted individually to order. Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of our designs, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty. Orders placed and confirmed by deposit can be cancelled in writing providing no work has commenced on the piece. Deposits paid are non-refundable. If work has commenced prior to notice of cancellation, the full payment becomes due. We do our best to delight every bride and client and therefore exchanges can be offered at our discretion providing the piece is not a bespoke design. This does not affect you Statutory Rights. Hermione Harbutt is not liable for failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control.

Hermione Harbutt aims to exceed your expectations. Hermione Harbutt aims to have a flexible and helpful approach with all its customers and endeavours to be of the utmost assistance at all times.
